Learning of the language and interpretive method of public law, also as tools with which to then approach the study of other branches of law.
Conscious and critical use of normative texts and constitutional jurisprudence of reference.
Ability to understand the fundamental institutes of constitutional law.
To understand and solve problems related to the interpretation of constitutional law, with particular reference to the themes of balancing rights.
Autonomous capacity for evaluation.
Technical language typical of the discipline to communicate clearly and without ambiguity.
Autonomy in the deepening of the main themes of the discipline.
There are no prerequisites except for compliance with course prerequisites.
Frontal lectures: These lectures involve the instructor presenting information to students in a direct and structured manner, allowing for clear explanations and discussions.
In-person classes: All lectures and discussions will take place in a physical classroom setting, fostering interactive learning and real-time engagement with the instructor and fellow students.
The exam will be conducted in two phases, possibly—but not necessarily—on the same day. The first phase will consist of a written test, including open-ended and/or multiple-choice questions. The second phase will be an oral exam, which will be accessible to students who pass the written test. The final overall grade must be higher than 18 out of 30
