Syllabus

Course Objectives

The main objective of the course is to introduce the dynamic simulation as an effective tool for the correct design of energetic refurbishment interventions of existing buildings and the planning of the energy performance of a new object.

Course Prerequisites

Knowledge of the subjects of the course energy saving techniques in buildings


Teaching Methods

Teaching takes place through practical lessons in the computer lab.

Assessment Methods

Learning is assessed through a modelling case study developed as part of the course.

The Lecturer reserves the right to require an additional oral examination, even after the written examination has been completed, whenever this is considered necessary to verify the effective acquisition of the knowledge and competencies defined by the course learning outcomes and to ensure the accurate assessment and grading of the student's performance.
