The chapter explores the characteristics of the first level apprenticeship starting from the analysis of the national and regional legal framework. It thenn provides a useful To do list to draw up the apprenticeship contract and the individual training plan, also providing schemes and models. Finally, through the analysis of the experience of the Gadda Institute, the last sections of the chapter reflect on two important issues: the scheduling and the evaluation of apprenticeship paths.
