abstract:
The essay reflects on the continuing risk of reducing fragility to readings related to the lack of possibilities, resources or characteristics, rather than accompanying vulnerable people in relationships that make the same fragility livable. The recognition of the common anthropological condition of vulnerability, leads the educator to a reflective approach on the need to exit from consolidated but impersonal strategies and low-profile logic, anchored to diagnosis, to be involved in spaces of proximity and care that meet the person as a subject of need and of desire.
