Le scuole oltre la pandemia: orizzonti pedagogici per possibili rilanci

The impact of the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic on education and training systems has been enormous: from distance teaching to school-family relationship numerous areas have been disrupted and challenged, thus moving back to the center of pedagogical debate and in the society.
The paper, based on an analysis of the context caused by the pandemic crisis and its effects on the education system, calls for a profound paradigm shift in the pedagogical, didactic, ordering and organizational models of schools.
Then, in the final part of the article, we focus on a specific case that can represent a relaunch point for the entire educational system: the reform of initial training for secondary school, teachers, outlining objectives, risks, possibilities and perspectives.
