Abstract:
This paper shows the results of an empirical research on a dual apprenticeship programme within a bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences at the University of Bergamo. This enquiry reveals the significant impact of the alternation between theory and practice on the innovation tendency, both of the companies involved (third sector organizations) and the academic lecturers in their teaching.
