Matthew Rossi is an Assistant Professore in the Department of Management, Information, and Production Engineering at the Università degli Studi di Bergamo, Italy. He obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science and Engineering in 2019 from the Politecnico di Milano. He was a research fellow from 2019 to 2020 and then completed his PhD in Engineering and Applied Sciences in 2024 at the Università degli Studi di Bergamo. His research focuses on computer security in mobile and cloud systems, as well as data protection. He has contributed to peer-reviewed articles in international security conferences and has been recognized for his research, including being twice selected in the top 10 European scholarly security research of the year by CSAW.
