Anna Lazzarini is Full Professor of General and Social Pedagogy at the Department of Human and Social Sciences of the University of Bergamo. She is a member of CRiSiCo, the Research Center on Complex Systems at IULM University in Milan. PhD in Anthropology and Epistemology of Complexity, she has carried out her research activities at the Centre for Research on Complexity (Ce.R.Co.) of the University of Bergamo, and she has been Assistant Professor in Moral Philosophy at the IULM University of Milan. Her research interests concern the metamorphosis of the contemporary city as a narrative of the transformations of today’s human condition; the transformation of public spaces and public sphere; the globalization and the processes of cultural production; the relationship between city and citizenship and between identity constructions and socio-spatial processes; the cultural practice of translation in plural society; the philosophy of narrative. She has published volumes, essays and scientific articles in national and international journals.
