Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
From November 1993 to November 1996, Ph.D. program in Applied Mechanics, VIII cycle at Politecnico di Milano. On November 5, 1996, he obtained his Ph.D. with a dissertation entitled "Direct and inverse dynamics of multi-body systems with particular regard to human movement".
From November 1996 to October 1999, Technical assistant at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Brescia.
From November 1999 to October 2002, researcher of Applied Mechanics at the School of Engineering of the Università degli Studi di Bergamo, Department of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
From November 2002 to present, Associate Professor of Applied Mechanics at the School of Engineering of the Università degli Studi di Bergamo, Department of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
At present, he lectures the following courses at the School of Engineering of the University of Bergamo: “Power Drive System for Mechanical Machinery and Vehicles” (6 ECTS) and “Mechanics of Robots” (6 ECTS) within the Master's degree in “Mechatronics and Smart Technology Engineering”,
“Theoretical and Applied Mechanics” (6 ECTS)- Bachelor in “Ingegneria delle Tecnologie per la Salute”.
From 2020 to present, member of the Academic Board: "Study Plans" and “Access" for the Master's Degree of Mechatronics and Smart Technology Engineering, and for both the Bachelor's and Master's Degrees of Mechanical Engineering.
Since 2024, he has been responsible for the Study Plans of the above programs.
His current research interests include robotics, mechatronics, and the kinematics and dynamics of multibody systems.
