Simone Pulcher, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Organization and Management Studies at the Department of Management of the University of Bergamo (Italy).
Credentials He holds a Ph.D. in Economic Sociology and Labour Studies from the University of Milan and a Master's degree in International Economics and Management from the University of Turin.
Research interests His academic research focuses mainly on diversity in organizations, with a particular emphasis on ideological aspects such as heteronormativity and nationalism. His research has been published in international journals such as the British Journal of Industrial Relations and the Journal of Organizational Change Management. He is co-editor of the book 'Diversity and Inclusion in Italy: Societal and Organizational Perspectives" and co-author of the book "L'impresa inclusiva".
He received the Emerald EDI Best Paper Award at the 13th-14th International Conference on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, held in Bern, Switzerland in July 2021.
