Syllabus

Course Objectives

The course prepares students for dealing with project analysis and contractual documents, so as to develop the corresponding operative, economical and management engineering.
It consists in an organic breaking down of the project into individual components, considering all important aspects in order to make the most appropriate decisions, depending on context and resource optimization.

Course Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of construction techniques and ability to identify building components and their reciprocal relations.

Teaching Methods

Lectures and exercises consisting of a project development.

Assessment Methods

Project and oral exams.
