Danio Maldussi is Associate Professor at the Department of Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures of the University of Bergamo (Academic discipline : L-LIN04 Language and Translation-French). Among his institutional roles, he holds the position of Head of Dual Degrees with the University of Poitiers and Lyon2. Previously, he was a researcher and Associate Professor at the Department of Interpreting and Translation of the University of Bologna, Forlì Campus. His main research interests lie in the specialised translation, with particular reference to didactic, linguistic-terminological, semantic-conceptual, ideological and metaphorical aspects of financial, legal and accounting discourse from French into Italian. Other interests include the methodological and didactic implications triggered by machine translation and post-editing.
