LORENZETTI Anna

Anna Lorenzetti is full professor of Constitutional and Public Law (GSD 12/GIUR-05 - SSD GIUR-05/A) at the Department of Law of the University of Bergamo, where she teaches courses in Constitutional Law (at the Guardia di Finanza Academy), Restorative Justice, Gender Analysis and Anti-Discrimination Law, and Gender Violence.
Her research interests primarily focus on social rights and equality, more recently focusing on restorative justice and prison. She has participated in research groups, national and international conferences and seminars, and has published books and articles (including "Diritti in transito", Milano, 2013 (on the juridical condition of transgeder persons); Giustizia riparativa e dinamiche costituzionali, Milano, 2018 (on Restorative Justice); "Il sistema delle fonti nel settore penitenziario", Napoli, 2024 (on the System of Sources in the Prison Sector). She is co-director of the journal Queste istitutions, a member of the Scientific Committee of the journal La Magistratura, and a member of the editorial board of Comparative and European Public Law; she is a member of the doctoral colleges in Legal Studies (University of Bergamo) and Gender Studies (University of Palermo).
