His current research interests include management fashions and the diffusion and adoption of diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and practices in organizations, as well as the historical perspective of these processes. He has published articles in scientific journals in Italian (e.g., Economia & Management) and English (e.g., International Journal of Information Management). He has also authored both academic and popular books in Italian and English.
