BOFFELLI Albachiara

Albachiara Boffelli is Assistant Professor at the University of Bergamo. She holds a PhD in Economics and Management of Technology from the University of Pavia. She has been a visiting researcher at the Department of Industrial Management and Logistics at Lund University (Sweden) and at the Department of Materials at the University of Manchester (UK). Her research focuses on the topic of manufacturing localization, with a focus on the phenomenon of reshoring. She is also interested in issues related to sustainability and the impact of new technologies on organizations and supply chains. Her research has been presented at national and international conferences (e.g. EurOMA, Academy of Management, EDSI, DSI) and published in national and international journals. She is a member of numerous international associations, including Decision Science Institute (DSI), European Association of Operations Management (EurOMA), Project Management Institute (PMI).
