Psychologist, Therapist and PhD in I/O Psychology, he has gained work experience in selection, assessment, orientation and training, in public and private contexts. He deals with applied research in the field of HR practices/management, work-related stress management, organizational identification, organizational climate. new paradigms of leadership and consumer psychology.
He is Associate Professor at the Department of Human and Social Sciences of the University of Bergamo.
He participates as an internal member of the Doctorate in Human and Social Sciences.
