Silvio Vismara, Ph.D, is Full Professor at the Department of Management , University of Bergamo

Research:
His research interests focus on fintech, corporate governance, corporate finance, and entrepreneurial and digital finance. He is Editor of Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Small Business Economics, and Journal of Technology Transfer, Co-Founder and Executive Editor of Review of Corporate Finance, and Associate Editor of the British Journal of Management and Venture Capital. His research has been published in international journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Business Venturing, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of Corporate Finance, Research Policy, Journal of Management Studies, and Journal of Banking and Finance, and covered in media outlets, such as The Economist and Financial Times.
