SIGNORI Silvana

Professor Silvana Signori, Ph.D, is Full Professor at the University of Bergamo - Department of Management. She is the Director of the MSc Programs in Accounting, Governance and Sustainability (AGS) and in Economia Aziendale, Direzione Amministrativa e Professione (EADAP).

Credentials:
She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Strategies with a dissertation on ‘Ethical Investors’.

Research:
Her main areas of research are ethical investments, business ethics and corporate social responsibility, sustainability governance and accountability, stakeholders and new forms of activism (shareholder and consumer activism).
Her research appeared in international journals such as Business and Society, Journal of Business Ethics, Business Ethics, the Environment and Responsibility, Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal Applied Economics.

Professional Activities:
She is one of the founder members of the Italian chapter of EBEN (European Business Ethics Network) and she is now the President of European network (EBEN Europe). She is member of the Board of Directors of CESC (Centre for Economic and Social Dynamics and Cooperation) at University of Bergamo and member of the Food Policy Council of the Municipality of Bergamo.
